Monument to Pope Alexander VIII (1725)
(Pietro Vito Ottoboni, Venice, b.1610/r.1689-91)

The monument to Pope Alexander VIII was designed by Count Arrigo di San Martino. The bronze statue of the pope is the work of Giuseppe Bertosi, while the marble statues of Religion and Prudence were carved by Angelo de' Rossi.
