On September 20th 1927, the architect Luigi 'Gino' Coppedè died in Rome. Coppedè was born in Florence on September 26th 1866, but some of his best work is to be found in Rome, where a small part of the city is named after him, the Quartiere Coppedè. Comments are closed.
