Rome's San Macuto is the only church in Italy dedicated to St Malo (Latin: Maclovius or Machutus; died: November 15th, 621), one of the seven founding saints of Brittany.
The small church was built between 1577 and 1579 to a design by the architect Francesco Cipriani da Volterra (1535-95). Comments are closed.
