A Baroque Tour de Force!
The extravagantly ornate organ gallery and cantoria (singing-gallery) in the Baroque church of Santa Maria della Vittoria are the work of Mattia de' Rossi (1637-95), a pupil of Gian Lorenzo Bernini (1598-1680), whose famous sculpture of the Ecstasy of St Teresa is in the same church.
